Rather than adding another new thing to your pages today, I wanted to give everyone one more day to complete any areas of your website that are not finished.
In order to get an A on your site, your webpages need to have the following listed below.
Go through each thing on the list below and make sure it is included in your site!
Watch the following video to help you with knowing what to do: Website Review Tutorial
HTML Structure: Your notepad should have the tags needed to set up your page. They are: Html, Head, Style, Script, and Body. Make sure you have the "ending" tags included for each of these as well!
Title: You should have a Title tag included in your site (from Day 2)
Headings: You should have a least 1-2 Headings on your site (from Day 2)
Images: You should have 3 images (or more) put on your site that are sized appropriately. (I will be looking for the height and width in your code) (From Days 3 and 4)
Links: You should have at least one link on your site that works to go to another page (From Day 5)
Video: You should have at least one video embedded on your site (From Day 6)
Tables and Lists: You should have at least one table on your site (with 3 or more rows) OR have a list on your site (with 3 or more things listed) - Extra points if you have both! (From Days 7 and 9)
CSS Fonts: Some kind of color changes should be made to text of your choice (You can change your Heading text, Paragraph text, etc. to another color and size) (From Day 11)
CSS Background: Your sites should include either a color background or an image background (From Days 10 and 12)
JavaScript Alerts and Buttons: Your websites should include either an Alert message OR have a working button on your page. Extra points if you have both! (From Days 13 and 14)
Your websites will be graded over the holiday break. If you are missing any part of the things listed above on your site, use today to catch up and work on them. You can look back to the previous posts and follow the steps of how to complete them. When we return from the break, we will be working on a different kind of site that I am excited to share with you!
